THE WAR | PBS →
This is one of the most fascinating documentaries about WWII. It looks at the war through various personal accounts of Americans in four different towns. Seven 2-hr episodes in all, but it’s worth it. I watched them all online, contemplating to buy the DVD now. I hope there’ll be a series like this for Singaporeans to relate to though. There are some preview clips on the site as well....
